④, the working principle of HZS35 concrete mixing plant
The mixing mainframe and aggregate of HZS35 mixing station adopts double shaft JS750 forced mixer, the aggregate part of the aggregate adopts PLD1200 concrete batching machine, loader loading, electronic scale measurement
The workflow is as follows:
1. The cement is stored by the cement silo, conveyed by the screw conveyor, and measured by the cement scale;

3. After the liquid admixture is evenly stirred in the admixture storage tank, it is sent to the admixture scale by the corrosion resistant pump for metering.
4. Cement and fly ash are fed into the cement measuring bucket through the screw conveyor. When the conveying amount is the same as the set value, the microcomputer sends a signal to stop the conveying, and controls the pneumatic butterfly valve at the bottom of the cement weighing bucket to make the material in the cement bucket In the blender.
5. The whole process of batching and mixing is automatically completed by the electronic control system (also can be manually controlled). After all the materials are discharged into the JS750 twin shaft forced mixer, the mixing timing starts. When the mixing time is up, the discharge door is opened to discharge, that is, a stirring process is completed.

1, JS750 host
